Home for the Holidays at the Kettle Building, Larimer Square

Home for the Holidays was a custom projection mapping installation on the historic Kettle Building at Larimer Square in downtown Denver. It ran from November 28, 2025 (Black Friday) through early January 2026.

Created by Denver Projection Mapping in collaboration with Two Parts and Larimer Square, the animated holiday façade turned the Kettle Building into a festive, modern canvas of color, movement, and seasonal storytelling. Custom-designed visuals were mapped to the building's architectural details, bringing one of Denver's most iconic blocks to life in a new, immersive way.

How it was built

We created all of the visual content and animations in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with Millumin 5 for media playback and a Barco UDX-4K32 projector delivering a bright 4K image.
