October 20, 2025

In October 2025, Denver Projection Mapping designed and installed the first LED video wall at the Stanley Chocolate Factory in Estes Park, Colorado. Mounted in the foyer, it is the first thing guests see when they walk in.

Getting it there was the hard part. The screen mounts directly to a studded wall in a foyer that is five stories tall, and that wall starts almost six feet up from the ground. The installation meant working from a 30-foot extension ladder.

A 9' × 16' LED Video Wall in a Five-Story Foyer

We installed 50 Grecko 3.9mm LED tiles in a configuration 9 feet wide by 16 feet tall. The wall is the main feature of the foyer, set into a space that rises five stories.

Video processing runs through a NovaStar VX4S-N processor, with Millumin handling playback.

Ambient light was not the deciding factor in this foyer. LED was simply the preferred method for the space.

Installing 16 Feet of LED From a 30-Foot Ladder

The display was direct mounted to a studded wall that started almost six feet above the ground. That put the work high above the foyer floor, and we did it from a 30-foot extension ladder.

Two technicians completed the installation over two days. The venue's crew installed the power and ventilation for the display.

Remote Control for Content and Monitoring

We set up our custom remote control so we can see the full system, upload content, monitor the LED processor, and update the display as needed, all remotely.

Custom Content, Training, and Hand-Off

We built the original content for the display. As part of the hand-off, we showed the Stanley team how to upload and manage content and trained them on the system, so the venue team now handles content going forward.

Guests love the content, and the wall keeps them informed about upcoming events and promotions at the chocolate factory.

A Permanent LED Installation That Greets Every Guest

This was the first LED installation we completed at the Stanley Chocolate Factory. It gives the venue a permanent, flexible display at the entrance, and a team that can keep its content fresh on its own.

Denver Projection Mapping provides commercial LED wall design, LED video wall installation, system integration, and ongoing support for venues, businesses, events, and experiential spaces throughout Colorado and beyond.
